What we collect
Your email address, name and profile picture from the login provider you choose; the posts, images and videos you create; and access tokens for the social accounts you connect. We also store public statistics (such as follower counts) for your accounts and for the competitors you choose to track.
How we use it
Only to provide Pulsly: publishing your content at the time you choose, showing you statistics and sending you emails about your account. We never sell your data and never post anything you did not schedule.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube, you authorize Pulsly to publish on your behalf and read basic profile statistics. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Accounts page or from the platform's own settings.
Pulsly's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. Media files are stored with Cloudflare R2. Payments are processed by Stripe and emails are sent through Resend.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. This immediately removes your posts, media, connected accounts and statistics. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@pulsly.co.
